TS Farms ("we", "us", "our") operates the TS Farms storefront and the ordering experience linked to it. This page explains what personal information we collect when you browse, order, or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.

It covers the customer-facing storefront and checkout only, not TS Farms' internal admin or operations systems.

We don't require an account or password to shop with us — your mobile number is how we recognize you as a returning customer.

• At checkout: your name, mobile number, email (if you provide one), delivery address, and the items you order.
• Optional profile details: date of birth, gender, preferred language, and how you heard about us — only if you choose to share them.
• Order & payment history: what you've ordered and its delivery/payment status. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
• Reviews & wishlist: reviews you post and products you save.
• Communication preferences: whether you've opted in to marketing messages or WhatsApp updates.
• Site activity: what you search for on the site, tied to a temporary browser session rather than your identity unless you also check out.

• To fulfil and deliver your order — pricing, address verification, invoicing, and handing off to our courier partners.
• To send you order and payment updates — confirmation, dispatch, delivery.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send offers and product updates — only if you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
• To prevent discount abuse — for example, a coupon limited to one use per customer is checked against your mobile number so the same offer can't be redeemed repeatedly.
• To understand what customers search for, so we know what to stock next.

• Razorpay, to process payment — we share the order amount and a reference ID, not any saved payment details.
• Our delivery and courier partners, to get your order to your door — name, address, and phone number only.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• Your cart is stored in your browser (local storage), not on our servers, until you check out.
• We may set a cookie to remember your language preference (English/Tamil).
• A temporary session identifier lets us group your searches together without identifying you personally.

• Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Marketing and WhatsApp opt-in preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
• Reviews and wishlist items are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to what we're legally required to keep (invoices, for example).
• Withdraw marketing or WhatsApp consent at any time.

TS Farms is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
